Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following all conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact;
  • All items must have their security seal intact and not found to be broken;
  • All items must be unworn and in its original condition;
  • Originals receipts would need to be included.
  • Kindly make a video of receiving the order from courier company along with opening of box.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds:

  1. Genuine quality issues.
  2. Packages lost in transit
  3. In case Jewels of Johar discovers that a wrong product has been shipped to a customer and the same is returned to us.

No Refunds will be given in the following Cases:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our official logistics partner or an authorized third party courier agent.
  4. Package refused by recipient/customer.
  5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  6. Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variations from the photographs available on our website and actual product in hand.
  7. If the jewellery is defect free, without any fault or damaged.
  8. In all of the above cases, the customer needs to notify/inform us within three (3) business days from the date of receipt of goods to the customer.

Steps to Making a Return

  1. For any return, please inform us promptly or within three (3) business days from the date of receipt of your order with a video clip and necessary photographs (necessary for Jewels of Johar's verification purpose). You must inform/notify us for the same by sending an e-mail on jewelsofjohar@gmail.com.
  2. Before we arrange for your product return (mentioning the reason for the goods return) to us, you are compulsorily required to send us necessary video clips and photographs of the goods. Our quality control (“QC”)/product team shall verify the same. Then it is up to the discretion of the Jewels of Johar’s QC/product team to decide whether the product is approved for return or not.
  3. Product can be returned within ten (10) days [inclusive of three (3) business days of notification period as per Step I, mentioned hereinabove] from the date of receipt of goods at customer’s end, only if goods are found suitable for return as per our terms, conditions & policies mentioned herein.
  4. Once we are in receipt of your e-mail and our product/QC team has approved the return, we will arrange for our official logistics partners/authorized courier agent to collect the goods and return them to us.
  5. Jewels of Johar will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the purchase price of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

Note: We are not liable for any returns for which we have not been notified about within three (3) business days from the date of product received by a customer.

How should I care for my product?

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place and clean them with a soft, dry cloth. Keep them in the same boxes as we send them into.

How do I choose the correct and right size?

Selecting the right size for your jewelry is crucial. While our product sizes are accurately listed, we are happy to assist with any further questions. Please reach out to us at (+91 9460469944).

Can I customize my jewelry?

We do offer customizations on all our jewelry, be it changing gemstone color, using different metal or sizing queries, please get in touch with us on+91-9460469944 or jewelsofjohar@gmail.com to assist you further.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

While placing your order, just before the check-out you will have a box where you can leave a note about your order – feel free to tell us your message there, we
will make sure it is added to you order.

How can I get an item repaired?

Repairs at Jewels of Johar are meticulous. We'll start by asking you to send us images of the jewelry piece at jewelsofjohar@gmail.com
Once we review the images, we’ll get back to you with a repair quote. In some cases, our master jeweler will need to inspect the product in person.
If you are satisfied with our quote, you may return the item for repair. Please note that shipping costs will be at your expense.

Will there be any variation in the final product?

We usenatural gemstones, each with its own unique character, including slight differences in color, inclusions, and clarity. Additionally, our jewelry is handcrafted in precious metal, so minor differences in finish or setting details may occur. These subtle variations are not imperfections—they are a testament to the authenticity and artisanal nature of each piece, making your jewelry truly one of a kind.

All payments on the Website are securely processed through our payment gateway partner. We accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Razorpay.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, but my payment was debited. What should I do?

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer Free Standard Shipping in India.

Do you ship overseas? What is the shipping cost for international orders?

Yes, we do. In fact, we offer free shipping on international orders above $5000.
However, Orders below $5000 costs INR 7000 - 15000. Please note that local import duties and taxes may be applicable, and these will need to be covered by you.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Products will be shipped through standard shipping by our official logistics partners within 7-21 business days, once payment reflect in our account. Order placed on Sunday & public holidays will begin processing the following business day. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to unforeseen circumstances (or) any change in government policies, etc.. Shipping & delivery to Metro cities or locations will be faster.

I have already placed my order. Can I change my shipping address now?

What if I'm not available when the order is delivered?

Before the shipment is ready for delivery, you'll receive a call from the carrier. In case you aren't available, they'll attempt the delivery next day and for the final time.

What happens if my package is lost during shipment?

We don't want that to happen to anyone. But just in case it does, you don't need to worry. Our packages are fully insured and we'll take full responsibility if yours is lost in transit. It generally takes 8-10 working days for the carrier to investigate and declare the package lost.

On international orders, do I pay customs fees to Jewels of Johar or the shipping carrier?

You will have to pay the applicable duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by the respective country directly to the shipping carrier. They'll take care of everything when they contact you for delivery.
